হাতের লেখা বিশ্লেষন বা গ্রাফোলজি (graphology) এই বিশেষ বিজ্ঞানের সাহায্যে যে কোনো মানুষের চরিত্রের/ ব্যক্তিত্তের সুস্পষ্ট ছবি নিপুন ভাবে আঁকা সম্ভব। অন্য যে কোনো মাধ্যমের থেকে হাতের লেখা বিশ্লেষন করে চরিত্র নির্ধারন করার পদ্ধতি অনেক বেশী সঠিক এবং সহজ। হাতের লেখা বিশ্লেষনের মাধ্যমে ভবিষ্যত বা লিঙ্গ নির্ধারন সম্ভব নয়। এই অসামান্য বিজ্ঞানটির ওপর সর্বপ্রথম আলোকপাত করেন অ্যারিষ্টটেল (Aristotle) পরবর্তিকালে সিগমুন্ড ফ্রয়েড (Sigmund Freud) এবং কার্ল গুস্তাভ য়ুঙ (Carl Gustav Jung) এই বিজ্ঞানটীকে আরো প্রসারিত করেন প্রায়োগিক ক্ষেত্রে। ইউরোপ (Europe) ও আমেরিকার (America) বিভীন্ন দেশে এই পদ্ধতির সফল প্রয়োগ লক্ষ্যনীয়। বিগত এক দশক যাবৎ ভারতবর্ষে এই বিজ্ঞানটির জনপ্রিয়তা ক্রমবর্ধমান।

এক পাতা হাতের লেখা থেকে যানা যায় সেই মানুষটির বুদ্ধিমত্তার পরিচয়, আত্মবিশ্বাস, নেতৃত্ব গুনাবলী, কোনো বিশেষ ভয় বা আতঙ্ক, উচ্চাকাঙ্কা, মেজাজ মর্জির গতিপ্রকৃতি, চিন্তার স্বচ্ছতা, সততা, যৌনতা ঘটিত চারিত্রিক বৈচিত্র, বৃত্তি নির্ধারন এই ভাবে অবচেতন মনের প্রায় সমস্ত খবর প্রকাশিত হয়। গ্রাফোলজি কি ভাবে কাজ করে? হাতের লেখা আসলে কাগজের উপর লেখকের মনস্তত্বের ছবি (psychological imprint) যা কিনা সরাসরি মস্তিস্ক নির্গত। গ্রাফোলজির মাধ্যমে অবচেতন মনের অজানা খবরের সন্ধান করা হয়। এই বিজ্ঞানটির সাহায্যে শুধু মাত্র নিজেকে যানা নয় অন্যকেও শহজেই চেনা যায়। মেজাজ মর্জি অনুযায়ী লেখার ধারা কিছুটা বদলাতে পারে তথাপি মুল চরিত্রের চাবিকাঠি একই থেকে যায়। গ্রাফোলজি কি ভাবে একজনকে সাহায্য করতে পারে? হাতের লেখার ধরনের পরিবর্তন ঘটিয়ে মানসিক অবসস্থার পরিবর্তন করানো হয়ে থাকে এই পদ্ধতিকে বলা হয় গ্রাফোথেরাপি(graphotherapy) । গ্রাফোথেরাপির মাধ্যমে ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের মনঃসংযোগ এবং একাগ্রতা বাড়ানো, যে কোনো মানুষের হতাশাগ্রস্থ অবস্থানের উন্নতি ঘটানো, দাম্পত্য জীবনের নানাবিধ সমস্যার সমাধান করা। এই বিজ্ঞানের সাহায্যে HRD ম্যানেজাররা সঠিক কর্মী নির্বাচনে সক্ষম হন। বৈবাহিক জীবনের জন্য সঠিক সঙ্গী কিংবা ব্যবসায়ে সঠিক অংশীদার নির্বাচনে যাবতীয় নির্ভূল তথ্য প্রদান করে। একজন মানুষ আত্মহত্যা প্রবন কিনা তাও সঠিক ভাবে জানা যায়। আমাদের অনেকেরই হয়তো জানা নেই শচীন তেন্দুলকার, অমিতাভ বচ্চন, সৌরভ গাঙ্গু্লি এবং আরো অনেক বিখ্যাত ব্যক্তিরা Graphologist এর নির্দেষ মতো হস্তাক্ষেরর (signature) ধরন বদলে সাফল্য লাভ করেছেন।

SEX

Can anyone define sex? Sex can be defined through different values. To a rapist its only lust. A person who purchase sex is perverted. In our society life people practice sex mostly as a biological need. Finally the conscious people transform sex into prayer.

Many people have guilt feeling about sex, but why? If the world become sex free that means no reproduction ultimately the human race will abolish. Sex is a natural phenomenon of living things. If you go against it, it is simply revolt against the creator. You are a part of the creator so you are a creator also.You are responsible to create new life filled with all new constructive thinking for the betterment of the world we live.

I have heard so many gurus and sanyasis advocate to renounce sex. They are talking simply nonsense. from where do they came from? sky! or from the earth itself!
Avoid practicing sex. The word practice goes with a form, a system. So no practicing, transform sex into UTSAV( eternal enjoyment). Where there will be no forcing, crippling,its only swinging together like two leaves kissing each other. Then only you can feel the joy and finally reach the orgasm. Orgasm is not satisfaction it is a burst of joy resultant of UTSAV.

As soon as you reach orgasm for a very short time you arrived at the no mind condition its the highest level of meditation. So sex is no guilt its Utsav and Meditation.

Most of the people do sex for sex, to them it is only physical pleasure. They are in sexual infatuation. Sex the eternal pleasure cannot be singular its plural.

Hunger is lust, where there is lust there is no love. Sex is resultant of love to be transformed to Utsav. It is a Utsav of your inner being that is your soul.

My friend, just try out and transform the biological hunger to utsav I gurantee you will feel all the difference from your earlier experience.

IDENTITY CRISIS

It’s a very common phenomenon within those who are not at all alert and aware of their being. In most cases crisis developed from the very childhood (an entire book can be written on this).

Some years ago while traveling by railway I met a family as co-passenger. They were three Mr. & Mrs. Bose and their only child of 6yrs. Before getting introduced with each other I asked the child,

Who are you? he pointed his parents and said I’m there son. I repeat the same with the child’s mother, she replied ‘myself wife of Mr. Bose.’ It seems interesting both the child and the mother proving their identity depending on somebody else. It is because what the child is saying now the same thing the mother have learnt from then, when she was at the age of her son. If you grow with a sense of dependency the root will grow deeper and deeper and you have to live a life of a parasite.

There are some other reasons also. Continuous failures may invite ignorance from others resultant to identity crisis, which frequently happens in our professional and family life.

Just start from here, you are the best judge of yourself. If you are rejected it’s the best time now as no one is paying attention to you. Cool down your mind as if you are total silence. Total silence is meditation now rejuvenate your inner being with your quality of creativity. Emphasis on creativity and move ahead step by step silently. Be stable on your vision. Never calculate your success

in terms of monetary gain. Simply you are on the target or not.

My friend, never think you are ordinary. Everybody in this creation is extraordinary and unique. Do you think our creator is fool, that he will create something ordinary to destroy his own extraordinary creation?

Only foolish ignores. Leaders invite others to stand beside them to view and sense the success on their own.

Mission Impossible

I hope most of you viewed the film “Mission Impossible.”

Yes it is the leader who transform impossible to possible. Possible is the path where crores of foot prints are imprinted. Impossible is the path where there is no foot print. The first who walk through the path is the leader and the rests are followers only.

Believe in the impossible, dream impossible. Finally try out the impossible and you will be astonished to see that you made it possible.

All the discoveries we are enjoying in our life, they have all started with mission impossible.

I advocate for “A leader without follower.” Leaders never stop and never look back. Its definite thousands are following them but they are not interested to count the heads. They always look forward for another mission impossible.

Leaders never look back because they don’t want to feel content by their achievements. They enriched themselves from their achievements and used to set mission impossible of higher level.

They are the leaders of their own. They challenge themselves. They challenge their own achievements with further higher level of mission impossible.

To do impossible you need a good imagination and a pile of junk.

UNNECESSARY WHY'S

What you cannot, why are you running after? It is not possible for every human being to know and learn everything.

My friend, the biggest thing to understand is, that it is not necessary to understand everything…..even then we can be happy anyway.

The biggest enemy of our peace of mind is the question WHY?

We can be far happier if we drop the habit of worrying our minds with unnecessaries. It is getting your priorities right. There is nothing more important than your mental health.

Healthy mental condition is the most important to start the journey towards leadership. It is like mountaineers going for a summit. The mountaineers focus their views through the narrow end of the funnel.

We travel by rail, aero planes, but how many of us know mechanism of those. Even then we travel. Not understanding how a cell phone works doesn’t stop us using it.

If we look at the great personalities, they used to have vast knowledge about their subject but they used to have limited knowledge about other subjects.

Did they felt inferior for that...NEVER.

Who says we must have answers for everything? I don’t want to mean we need not have answers to anything. There are issues which are needed to be taken care.

It is far more important to know yourself. Areas of your strength, success, motivation, weakness and failures rather than anything else.

We spend an entire life time trying to understand everything and everybody else but ourselves.

Nourish the mind like you would your body. The mind cannot survive on junk food.

OVER THE BOUNDARIES

Boundaries are made to break. There are no boundaries ever it is just a fiction. Man can resist man only within boundaries. We cannot go beyond our own self. So man never tried to raise boundaries for Sun, Moon, Air, and Water because all of these are supreme in nature than man. These supreme powers travel as per their own will. These powers are out and right positive.

We are surrounded by negatives. Negativity forms boundaries of No, Never, Impossible, Fear and War.

The more you think negative the more you attract. You beget negative, you receive negative. You beget positive, you receive positive. It’s all about your thought process.

I hope you are accustomed with the game of cricket. Whenever a batsman hits a boundary or an over boundary the crowd applauds fanatically. The body language of the batsman expresses a feeling of joy by challenging the boundaries. The body languages of the bowlers express grief as the boundaries are challenged. Here we can see only by challenging the boundaries attracts joy and feeling of heroism.

My friend if you want to be filled with joy and happiness reminds only successful man is filled with joy and happiness. So, the condition is, to be successful you have to challenge and hit over the boundaries.

In the aim of life there are no boundaries as the game of cricket have. Boundaries are imaginary with close ended thoughts.

Open your eyes, look around there are no boundaries. Start moving as per your conscious wherever you want to go.
