P K Banerjee the founder of Mind Zone. He is a professional in the field of Resourceful Human Development. Long years of observation and research in the field gave him the excellence. Presently he is a professional Leadership Coach, Graphologist, Counselor (Msc. Psychology) & Subconscious Therapist (Mind Therapy). Performing in the arena for more than 10 years with excellence.

 Perform regular talk shows at 91.9 (Friends Fm), 94.3 (Radio One), 106.2(Amar Fm), on Motivation, Graphology and Mind Therapy. 

On depth study P K Banerjee introduced the theory of LWF (Leader without Follower) i.e. leader of his own self, a Leader who create Leaders. Leadership is not a quality to exhibit or an attitude to express. Leadership is a thought, to share and distribute for his/ her and others upliftment, not only within a particular sphere but on all spheres of life.

For the development of Resourceful Humans, P K Banerjee applies different tools and methods (Leadership speech, Project Work Shops, Graphology, Scientific use of Subconscious Mind and Meditation) as required. A new program developed by P K Banerjee “Tame the Mind Monkey” is widely accepted in the industry. 

A man with a meditative heart Founded MIND ZONE an “Institute of Personal Development and Graphology” in the year 2008, since then conducting Graphology Courses, Mind Therapy seminars and provide therapy and counseling services to people of different path of the society.

Providing support to eminent corporate houses in the recruitment process by analyzing the candidates handwriting by the science of Graphology. 

Students of eminent schools (South City International School, Don Bosco School, Julian Day School, Modern High School, Future Campus, A. K. Ghosh Memorial and DPS) have attended different courses and programs at Mind Zone.

Nothing happens in this Universe without reason. I do have a desire also. I believe desire for success is not about making a career; it is about making a difference.
